Macro Flower Photography Tip #2 – Take advantage of a brightly overcast opportunity.

This tip may sound obvious to most people, but my point is…if you have an overcast day, and you have the time to go out for a photoshoot, you’ll be able to get some really great images without the dark shadows and heavy contrast you get in bright sunshine. Some of my best macros are captured on overcast days. Just keep this tip in mind, you’ll be glad you did. The images below are examples of what I’m talking about. No shadows.
